Once per day after spending 1d4 hours in a settlement, you can attempt a DC 15 Culture check to recall knowledge about local customs, fads, sports teams, or other local phenomena. If you succeed at this check, you gain a +2 bonus to Diplomacy checks to gather information in that settlement, as well as to change the attitude of its residents. This benefit can’t apply multiple times to the same settlement.
