You can batter the water's surface to create a huge sheet of water that temporarily conceals you from your foes.
Str 11, base attack bonus +1.
When partially (but not fully) submerged in water, you can take a move action to create a massive splash, causing your space (minimum of one 5-foot square) to provide concealment until the beginning of your next turn.
