Your particular brand of fire magic can superheat air or water instead of producing fire, allowing your spells to remain effective underwater.

Prerequisites

Ability to cast spells, Mysticism 5 ranks.

Benefit

Your spells, spell-like abilities, and supernatural abilities that deal fire damage deal an additional amount of fire damage equal to half your level (minimum 1). and they deal full damage underwater.

Normal

Fire damage deals one-quarter damage underwater.
